Amberose is amazing, I haven’t had a massage like this before where it wasn’t intense pressure but I still felt many benefits from it. They helped me relax many parts of my sore muscles from overexertion, and I felt comfortable asking for adjustments and other needs.

I went in for lymphatic drainage multiple times while recovering from top surgery. Post surgery bloat (super common issue) was really helped by MLD! Lymphatic drainage is a gentle and light modality, but don’t underestimate its power to help your body recover and rejuvenate.

I’m grateful I could go to Sef while recovering. Sessions have helped physically, and the care work supports my being on many levels as well! Surgery is a big event, and I’d highly recommend getting Manual Lymphatic Drainage during post-op.

prior to working with Ambrose, I never understood why people enjoyed massages and bodywork in general.
