An absolute wonderful experience that I wish for everyone!! Sef was so thorough, helped me understand options for my body, and gave the best massage ever that helped ease my chronic pain especially after an accident. Absolutely will be returning! So grateful for them doing this for the community ❤️❤️❤️

Sef is a skilled bodyworker. They’re attentive to my needs and preferences, including sensory sensitivities, touch pressure level, and bodily areas to focus bodywork therapies on in a given session. I feel that I’m truly able to drop into a relaxed sense in my nervous system and process the emotions and stressors of the past month. Definitely recommend going to them for bodywork. I truly appreciate that they mask and have an air purifier. It’s very priceless to be able to see a bodyworker who understands societal impacts on the body, works from a disability justice aware angle, and generally is knowledgeable/skilled in modalities. As someone with a chronic condition, I deeply appreciate that I can ask for less pressure and incorporate my body with my mind and emotions within session. Working in the corporate world, it’s easy to feel detached from my body and truths as a trans person and POC, and being able to reconnect gently but powerfully is a gift for my spirit that I find essential and don’t take for granted.
