I walk in a painful husk with a million issues and walk out feeling like a person again 😌 Sef always is super straight forward and specific about working on what I want and need. Very trauma informed, kind, and attentive. Really helped when I strained my back and had some tight ligaments from nonstop nyc gogogogo. Highly recommend

I am so grateful to have Sef as a part of my care team; highly recommend for anyone with chronic pain. It's difficult for me to relax at massages but Sef made me feel safe and supported. I also appreciate Realm's detailed intake form so I know what to expect and what I can ask for.

I'm extremely grateful for the superior level of kindness, mindfulness, and care I received from Ambrise. I have cancer, and had a radical bilateral mastectomy and lymphectomy. I had post-surgical massage and lymphatic drainage and it helps so much. I'm currently in chemotherapy and look forward to further treatments. I highly recommend Realm, especially Ambrose. The care I received helped me not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well.
